What Our Customers Say

A few recent 5-star reviews from verified buyers on Trustpilot, in their own words.

I did a lot of comparison shopping before purchasing a computer a few months ago. Not only does Tough Outlet have some of the best pricing, they have more customization options than other vendors. On top of that, their customer service is OUTSTANDING. When I needed another unit this week, I didn't to shop around. Tough Books will have my business always!

DG Verified · Jun 2024 · Trustpilot

The cf-33 i bought from them has been a trooper for me. Laptop had no scratches, broken/cracked plastics, missing parts, nonfunctional interfaces etc. I am completely satisfied with their service and support.

cback2 Verified · Jul 2026 · Trustpilot

Very good, reliable, sturdy PANASONIC CF53 PC and excellent service when I purchased a new, rubberized keyboard; and now when I purchased a new Windows 11 hard drive to update the PC. Brian's customer service is commendable.

Jeff Labudda Verified · Dec 2025 · Trustpilot

Toughbook CF-33 Buying Guide

Which CF-33 should I buy?

The refurbished mk1 is the lowest-cost rugged 2-in-1 we sell, great for forms, maps and inspections. The refurbished mk2 doubles the memory to 16GB, adds a 10th Gen Core i5, Wi-Fi 6 and Windows 11 Pro. Ask us if you need help choosing.

Keyboard or tablet only?

The CF-33 works as a tablet on its own. Add the premium keyboard if you type reports or need its extra ports (VGA, serial, three USB-A, SD and Ethernet), or the lite keyboard for a lighter, simpler dock. Both detach in seconds.

CF-33 vs TOUGHBOOK 34 and G2

The TOUGHBOOK 34 is the CF-33's successor, with Intel Core Ultra, a 12.4" screen and IP66. The Toughbook G2 is a smaller, lighter 10.1" 2-in-1. Choose the CF-33 for a proven 12" 2-in-1 at a refurbished price.
