Yes. The Dell Pro Rugged 14 has a built-in RS-232 serial port, so it connects to diagnostic tools, radios, GPS units, PLCs and other equipment that still uses serial.
Dell's optional I/O bay can add a second native serial port, or Ethernet, USB-A or Fischer USB, on other configurations by quote.
